High level TP(Talented People) whose archives has been in Xiuzhou District and who had signed more than 5 years contract will be given extra bonus for 3 years. The criterion: Master degree is RMB800 per month; Doctor degree is RMB1000 per month; Vice senior or more higher is RMB900 per month. If TP has been enjoyed similar bonus, he will just be awarded high level. The outlay will go shares by the specific fund and their unit according to 3:7 proportion.

    Middle-level technical post whose archives have been in Xiuzhou District and who had signed more than 5 years contract, will be given RMB3000 one-off subsidy. If the actual time in Xiuzhou District enterprises is not up to 5 years, his subsidy will be returned by 1/5 per year which is not fullfilled.

    The graduate who obtained bachelor's degree will be given one-off subsidy of RMB1000 if his archives have been in Xiuzhou District and have signed more than 5 years contract.

Introducing into Brains

1. The Unites will be imbursed RMB3000~5000 after completing per foreign brains project which had been approved. The imbursement will be given to the foreign experts in China for their living subsidy.
   
2. The person will be given the allowance of RMB200 per day if the experts, professor or doctor came to Xiuzhou District carrying through short term technology consultation.
   
3. High level TP including retired ones once obtain Master degree or vice senior technical post, will be given subsidy RMB2000 if he worked in the same enterprises accumulative total 1 year; but the subsidy will be limited within 3 years. 1. Receiving this year's graduates with one's contract, diploma, one's registered permanent residence and food supplies transferring certificate graduates can be registered in Xiuzhou District talent exchange center.

   3. Gifted people are mainly engaging in marketing and his company annual sales value should exceeds the total sales value of their enterprise 50% or wins 2.5 million or above.
      
   4. It's archives should be trusted with Intellectual Exchange Service Center Xiuzhou District and has been in its enterprise over one year;
      
   5. Newly-build enterprises should put into production over two years;
      
   6. Above fixed number of year should cut-off the end of public appraisal.
